A research project relating to security management may require research beyond business articles and books. Government documents, regulations and statutes and other legal materials may enhance your research.
The U.S. Government Accountability Office provides "fact-based, nonpartisan information to Congress. Often called the 'congressional watchdog' GAO investigates federal spending and performance." Federal spending often relates to government security including transportation, Homeland Security, and other disaster prevention and relief agencies.
These reports may be searched within the Business Source Complete database.

The Military Database covers topics across all government and military branches, including international relations, political science, criminology, defense, aeronautics and space flight, communications, civil engineering, and more. In addition to scholarly journals, the database also includes magazines, technical reports, conference proceedings, trade and industry journals, and government publications.
This database is included in the Proquest Central database.
