Library Room Reservations

All requests can be submitted in 25Live Pro, the University’s web-based calendaring and scheduling solution. Access is available using your Webster University username and password.

If you are requesting a reservation for tomorrow and it is after 4:00 pm or on the weekend, please call the Circulation Desk at 314-246-6952 instead of using the form.

Conference Room (Rm. 120)

We reserve the library Conference Room for Webster University sponsored events only. You may have up to three reservations for the Library Conference Room at a time.

The conference room default layout is an open square, which will accommodate 32 persons. If a different setup is needed, you must submit a work order for both set up and take down. The room must be put back into the standard arrangement for the next event. Events must end 30 minutes before the library closes.
