All requests for rooms at the Library can be submitted in 25Live Pro, the University’s web-based calendaring and scheduling solution. Log in using your Webster University username and password.

If you are requesting a reservation for tomorrow and it is after 4:00 pm or on the weekend, please call the Circulation Desk at 314-246-6952 instead of using the form.

You may only have three (3) reservations for Library rooms at a time.

We reserve the library Conference Room for Webster University sponsored events only. You may have up to three reservations for the Library Conference Room at a time. You can reserve the Conference Room through 25Live, and reservations must be made at least a day in advance.

The conference room default layout is an open square, which will accommodate 32 persons. If a different setup is needed, you must submit a work order for both set up and take down if a non-standard setup is needed. For safety, please do not move tables yourself. The room must be put back into the standard arrangement for the next event. Events must end 30 minutes before the Library closes. 

Conference Room Policy

The Library Classroom is designated for library instruction. Contact your Subject Librarian to schedule an instruction session for your class.

Because of the recent renovations and equipment updates, the Library Classroom may only be reserved by Subject Librarians at this time.

The Library has 11 reservable and 7 non-reservable group study rooms. Current Webster and Eden students, faculty, and staff may reserve their use.

We have 4 listening/viewing rooms which are available on a first-come, first-served basis, except when reserved. Two rooms are reservable. Submit a request through 25Live Pro.
