The Congressional Research Service (CRS) is a public think tank which provides research reports to members of Congress on a variety of topics relevant to current political events. The CRS does not, however, provide direct (or easy) public access to its reports. They are not, for example, published and disseminated as part of the Federal Library Depository Program (FDLP).
