To find an article on a topic in a law journal:

1. Log in to the Westlaw database. 
2. In the menu section click on "Secondary Sources". On the page that appears, click on "Law Reviews & Journals". 

3. On the Law Reviews and Journals page, type your topic in the large search box at the top of the page. Do the search. 

Your search results will appear on the page. Click the "Sort by" box and set it to Date to have your results sorted by date with the newest items listed first.
