How to access Qualtrics - Faculty/Staff

To access Qualtrics, log into https://connections.webster.edu

From the QuickLaunch menu, select 'Qualtrics Survey Tool.'

Request Access for a Student

Students need to have a faculty or staff member request access on their behalf before the student can use Qualtrics. Faculty and staff can request access for individual students or for an entire class.

To request access for a student, follow this link and fill out the form: https://webster.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1TgOvYmKv7cZeBM

Please note: students need to first attempt to log in to Qualtrics. They will not be able to access it right away, but will have to accept the terms before a access can be granted. Instructions on accessing Qualtrics for students can be found in this guide under Students - Access: https://library.webster.edu/qualtrics/students

Collaborate on a Project

You can collaborate on surveys with individual users and groups in your organization. To add individuals or groups to your projects, please follow the instructions on collaborating with other users on the Qualtrics support site:

Please Note:

  • You can only add staff members who have set up an account in Qualtrics - staff members do not automatically get accounts.
  • Even if a staff member has an account in Qualtrics, you cannot add a staff member by searching for their email. You will need to search for them by name in the list of Qualtrics Users.
