Our Ask a Librarian service is available to all of our students, staff and faculty.

Need extra help getting started or completing a Webster research project? Librarians are available in person or by phone for individual library instruction.

So that we may serve you better, please:

• allow at least 30 minutes for your individual session
• schedule at least one business day in advance
• arrange to be at a computer so that we can do a search together

Web conferencing

A Librarian can show you how to navigate our Web site and search our many databases online using web conferencing via Adobe® Acrobat® Connect™. Regular scheduled hours will be posted soon.

• ask questions via live chat
• view the librarian's screen on your own computer
• share your computer screen with the librarian
