Hours for the Eden-Webster Library System

Emerson Library (Webster U.) Hours

The hours below are Central Standard Time (GMT-6) approximately November through mid-March and Central Daylight Time (GMT-5) approximately mid-March through October.

Mon. - Thurs.8 a.m. - 12 midnight (Reference 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.)
Friday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Reference 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Saturday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Reference 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Sunday12 noon - 12 midnight (Reference 12:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.)

Note: The library will be closed September 1, 2008 for the Labor Day holiday. The 24-hour Cyber Cafe, however, will remain open to current Webster and Eden students, faculty, & staff with activated I.D. cards.

Hours are subject to change due to holidays, school schedule changes, etc. Call the Emerson Library Circulation desk at (314) 968-6952 (toll-free 800-985-4279) if you have questions.

CyberCafe: The CyberCafe study area is open to Webster U. and Eden students, faculty and staff 24 hours a day. When the library is closed, you may enter the Cyber Cafe through either the Edgar Road cafe entrance (inside the vestibule) or the upper quad entrance (exterior) by swiping a valid, activated ID card. Webster users may obtain IDs at the University Center front desk and have them activated in the Public Safety Office (536 Garden).

Hours for the Jazzman's Cafe food service will vary throughout the fall and spring semesters. Vending machines are also available in this area. Food is restricted to the CyberCafe; covered drinks may be used throughout the library.
