Use the library catalog to see if the book is available from Webster University Library, Luhr Reading and Reference Library or any other MOBIUS library.

If the book is located at either Webster University Library or has an Eden Sem. Storage or Eden Sem. Stored location...

1. Make sure that the word AVAILABLE appears in the status field. If anything else appears in that field then the book is not available for checkout.
2. If the book is AVAILABLE you can request it by pressing the REQUEST THIS ITEM button at the top of the page.
3. Type in your name, your ID number with the campus code of EWL, choose Webster Univ, US Sites for the Choose Pick up Location and give a Cancel if not filled by date.

We will process your request within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and use UPS to ship the book to you at your address of record in a box which will include a pre-paid return label along with instructions on how you may renew and return the book to us. Please allow an average of 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) shipping time.

If you find a book which is available from any MOBIUS library (including the Webster University Library and Luhr Reading Room and Reference Library) and are willing to pick it up from another MOBIUS library...

1. Make sure that the word AVAILABLE appears in the status field. If anything else appears in that field then the book is not available for checkout.
2. If the book is AVAILABLE you can request it by pressing the REQUEST THIS ITEM button at the top of the page.
3. Choose BRIDGES cluster (All Eden and Webster students, faculty and staff are affiliated with this cluster).
4. Enter your name and then your ID number followed by the EWL suffix. Eden students, faculty and staff should enter the barcode from your ID card followed by the EWL suffix.
5. Select the pickup cluster and pickup location.

It takes and average of 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays) for a MOBIUS book to arrive. The system generates a ready for pickup notice which is sent to your Connections e-mail account or your Eden e-mail account. You can also check the status of your order online at My library account

If we don't own it, it isn't available through MOBIUS or you aren't near a MOBIUS library, we can still help...

1. Create or Log into your ClioWeb Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery Account.
2. Click the "Request a Book" button on the toolbar on the left side of the screen and enter as much information into the form as possible.

If we find a lending library it takes an average of 10 working days (excluding weekends and US holidays) for the book to arrive at Webster University Library. When the book arrives we will notify you via the e-mail you used to create your ClioWeb ILL/DocDel account. You may also log into your ClioWeb account at any time in order to check on the status of your request(s). The lending library sets the due date so the circulation period will vary from library to library.
