eReserves account request form

Current faculty and staff of Webster University may use the form below to apply for an account on the ereserves system.

Our goal is creating your account within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you do not receive a response from us in a timely manner, please contact the Service Desk at 314-968-6952 to inquire about the status of your request.

Otherwise, we will attempt to contact you at the e-mail address you include in the request form; however, if you forward your Webster.edu e-mail to another e-mail provider or use any other e-mail provider you may not receive the notices we send you regarding the status of your requests.
