Library Conference room (Rm. 120)

Reservations may be made by using the Library Conference room reservation form. After you submit the form, library staff will contact you to confirm your reservation. If you have any questions regarding your request, please call the 1st floor Service Desk at 314-968-6952.

eClassroom (Rm. 110)

The eClassroom (Rm. 110) may be reserved no more than 5 days in advance of an event by calling the Reference desk at 314-968-6950.

Group study rooms

The Library has rooms available where small groups may study, discuss, and do research together, while minimizing the impact on other patrons. These rooms are intended for occasional group study, not for regular class meetings. If a room on campus is needed on a regular basis, please contact the Registrar's Office at 314-246-7506.

The Library has 18 group study rooms which are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved. Ten rooms are reservable by current Webster students, faculty or staff.

Listening/viewing rooms

The Library has 4 listening/viewing rooms which are available on a first-come, first-served basis, except when reserved. Two rooms are reservable.

Game room (Rm. 126)

The Library's game room (Rm. 126) is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved. Due to the high demand for this room, it is not available to the general public.
