Library conference room reservation formThis is the largest reservable room in the library and will hold groups of 12 to 100 people. Groups with fewer than 12 people should request the use of a library group study room instead. A library staff member will contact you to confirm your reservation after you submit the form. If you have any questions regarding your request, please call the 1st floor Service Desk at 314‑968‑6952.
eClassroom (Rm. 110)The eClassroom (Rm. 110) may be reserved no more than 5 days in advance of an event by calling the Reference desk at 314-968-6950. Group study room reservation formThe library has rooms available where small groups may study, discuss, and do research together, while minimizing the impact on other patrons. These rooms are intended for occasional group study, not for regular class meetings. Any faculty member seeking to reserve a classroom should submit that request to their departmental representative who will forward it to the Registrar’s office. The library has 18 group study rooms which are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved. Ten rooms are reservable by current Webster students, faculty or staff.
Listening/viewing room reservation formWe have 4 listening/viewing rooms which are available on a first-come, first-served basis, except when reserved. Two rooms are reservable.
Game room reservation formThe game room (Rm. 126) is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved. Due to the high demand for this room, it is not available to the general public.
Curriculum Collection reservationsTo reserve space in the curriculum collection on the 2nd floor, please contact John Watts, instruction and liaison librarian for the School of Education, at 314-246-7812 or wattsjoh@webster.edu. Student Art Wall reservationsThe Student Art Wall, located inside the 2nd floor entrance, can be reserved for art displays. The wall is 11’11” (143 inches) by 5’8” (68 inches).
