|Reserve a room or space|
Current Webster students, faculty and staff who are holding a University Sponsored event for 12 to 100 people may request the use of this room. If you have fewer than 12 people in your group please request the use of a library group study room instead. A library staff member will contact you to confirm your reservation after you submit the form. If you have any questions regarding your request, please call the 1st floor Service Desk at 314‑968‑6952.
The eClassroom (Rm. 110) may be reserved no more than 5 days in advance of an event by calling the Reference desk at 314-968-6950.
The library has 10 reserveable and 17 non-reservable group study rooms where our patrons may study, discuss, and do research together in order to minimizing the impact on other patrons. These rooms are intended for occasional group study, not for regular class meetings. Current Wester and Eden students, faculty, and staff may reserve their use. If you are a faculty member seeking to reserve a classroom, you should contact your departmental representative. .
We have 4 listening/viewing rooms which are available on a first-come, first-served basis, except when reserved. Two rooms are reservable.
The game room (Rm. 126) is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved. This room is not available to the general public.
Curriculum Collection reservations
To reserve space in the curriculum collection on the 2nd floor, please contact Emily Scharf, Instruction and Liaison Librarian for the School of Education, at 314-246-7818 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Student Art Wall reservations
The Student Art Wall, located inside the 2nd floor entrance, can be reserved for art displays. The wall is 11’11” (143 inches) by 5’8” (68 inches). Please contact instruction and liaison librarian for the Art department, Emily Scharf at 314-246-7818 or email@example.com.
